Live web presentation on proposed changes to the Conceptual Framework

On 17 June 2015 the IASB will give a live web presentation on the Exposure Draft Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting.

IASB Chairman Hans Hoogervorst and IASB staff will introduce the Exposure Draft, which was published on 28 May 2015, and answer questions from the public.

The Conceptual Framework underpins International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and helps the IASB to develop Standards that bring transparency, accountability and efficiency to financial markets around the world. It also helps companies to develop their accounting policies and assists the understanding and interpretation of accounting Standards. The Exposure Draft is open for comments until 26 October 2015.

The presentation will last approximately 45 minutes, including questions and answers.
