Study: Regulatory changes have cost big banks $70.2B

A study by Federal Financial Analytics says the cost of regulations spawned by the financial crisis was about $70 billion as of Dec. 31. That represents an increase of 100% from Dec. 31, 2007, the study says. Federal Financial Analytics (7/30)
